Hi,

ich habe ein Lancom 1783VAW mit einem Gigaset N510IP Pro Basis. Die Autoprovisionierung funktioniert einwandfrei.

Aufgefallen ist mir aber, dass die Lokalen Einstellungen (Land) unter Geräte Management im Gigaset immer nach einer Zeit weg waren.
Dadurch wurden die Telefonnummer falsch im Telefon angezeigt.

Zuerst dachte ich, dass das an der Basis liegt. Jetzt habe ich aber gesehen, dass das Profil ja ständig vom Lancom geladen wurde, welches dann wieder die Ländereinstellung überschrieben hatte.
Seitdem ich in der Basis eingestellt habe, dass er nicht ständig ein neues Profil lädt, behält er sich die Einstellung.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass im Lancom einzustellen?

Hi jhilgers,

das die Landeseinstellungen auf der DECT 510 IP Pro auf "other country"/"anderes Land" stehen nach dem Provisioning stehen, ist gewollt. So kann z.B. verhindert werden, dass Rufnummern aus dem Ortsnetz, die mit 49 anfangen, aus Versehen als Landeskennziffer interpretiert werden. Deswegen steht dann auf der Basis nicht "Deutschland". Es ist also gar nicht vorgesehen, dass durch das Provisioning ein explizites Land eingetragen wird, da sonst die eigene "Interpretationsintelligenz" der Basis aktiviert werden würde und nicht mehr mit dem VCM funktioniert. Die beiden Herrschaften stellen sich sonst gegenseitig Beinchen. :wink:

Für einen korrekten Betrieb der DECT Basis ist übrigens kein manuelles Anpassen mehr über das Webinterface erforderlich, warum willst du die Einstellung denn überhaupt händisch anpassen, wenn du sagst, das Provisioning läuft einwandfrei? Ist eigentlich ein Feature, bei dem du selber nicht mehr aktiv werden musst. :G)

Was für eine Firmware läuft denn auf deinem Router und welchen Firmware-Stand nutzt du auf der DECT Basis? Hast du vielleicht auch interessanterweise eine Rufnummer, die wie die Landeskennziffer anfängt...?

Ok. Danke für die Aufklärung :-)

Das heisst aber, dass ich etwas falsch im Lancom eingestellt habe. Da in der Anrufliste bei eingehende Anrufen die Nummer dann immer als 49241xxxx zu sehen ist und somit ein Rückruf nicht möglich ist...

Muss ich gleich mal zu Hause schauen. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass ich da bei den Leitungen einen Präfix hinzufügen muss oder beim Callrouter?!

Firmwarestand ist : 10.00.0165 und vom Gigaset 240

Hi Jochen,

ich nehme mal an, du hast den VCM komplett händisch konfiguriert und dann selber den Provisioning-Server aktiviert? Vielleicht wirklich noch ein Dreher in der Konfig bzw. in den Call-Routen.

Ist die Anzeige der Nummer mit dem 49241xxxx das, was du auf dem angemeldeten Mobilteil angezeigt bekommst? Wie wird dir denn die Nummer des Anrufenden unter

Hi Ina,

ja, ich bekomme 49241xxxx auf dem Mobilteil angezeigt.

Unter /Status/Voice-Call-Manager/Calls sehe ich die Nummer korrekt im Format +49xxxxxxx .

Reicht es, wenn ich unter:

Präfixe für Rufnummern-Anzeige bei eingehendem Anruf
Von Extern zum SIP-Benutzer : 00

eintrage.

Oder gibt es eine bessere Lösung?

Hi Jochen,

der Eintrag wird dein Problem nicht lösen. Interessant wäre jetzt, ob die Nummer noch vollständig vom LANCOM an die Basis übergeben wird. Wenn das so wäre, hättest du ein Problem mit der Konfiguration deiner Basis. Möglicherweise auch wegen den Änderungen, die du gemacht hast.

Überprüfen kannst du das Format der übermittelten Rufnummer mit einem Trace:

CLI: tr # callmanager sip-packet
oder die Traces im LANtracer auswählen.

Was du auch versuchen kannst, ist die Basis zurück zu setzen und die regulären Werte mit dem Auto-Provisioning setzen zu lassen. Dann sind keine Präfixes und Vorwahlen mehr gesetzt und auch kein Land festgelegt. So solltest du den Fehler mit den falsch übertragenen Rufnummern nicht mehr haben.

diese "Interpretationsintelligenz" der Basis schätze ich sehr. Sie hat vor Jahren VoIP-Installationen erst so möglich gemacht, wie der Kunde es erwartet hat (bzw. vom ISDN her kennt). Das waren die Zeiten, wo der VCM auf dem Abstellgleis stand und man mit Bugmeldungen oder gar Feature-Wünschen nicht kommen brauchte. Da die Provider nicht einheitlich die Absendernummer übermitteln, der eine (am Beispiel Berlin mit der Vorwahl 030 und der Rufnummer 22334455) als 00493022334455, der nächste als +493022334455, der übernächste als 493022334455 und der überübernächste als 03022334455, hat mir das oft alles gerettet. An ISDN-Telefonen (angeschlossen am LANCOM) hatte man seinerzeit die ulkigsten Auswüchse, für die man, um die Rückrufbarkeit der angezeigten Nummern sicherzustellen, allerhand Ausnahme-Regeln in den Call-Router hämmern musste. Kein Vergnügen damals mit der Begrenzung auf 64 Zeilen.
Aber zurück zum Thema. Rufnummern aus dem Ortsnetz, die mit 49 anfangen, werden ja wohl nicht als solche übertragen?! Die kommen normal mind. mit Vorwahl zur Basis, also bei einer Ortsnetznummer 49223344 dann als 03049223344 oder eben in den obigen Variationen. Ich will damit sagen, mir sind seit 10 Jahren im Einsatz mit dieser Basis, bzw. der Vorgängermodelle, weder beim Kunden noch bei mir irgendwelche Sachen bzgl. der Rufnummernübermittlung aufgefallen, die nicht gestimmt hätten. Hut ab für diese Funktionalität, sie war ein Meilenstein in der VoIP-Welt, in der jeder mit anderen Rufnummernformaten arbeitet und es leider keinen einheitlichen Standard gibt.

Aber die Zeiten haben sich geändert. Man kann jetzt sicherlich auf dieses in meinen Augen einwandfrei funktionierende Feature in der Basis verzichten, weil der VCM nun ja auch die Absende-Rufnummern ändern kann - und das passiert bei Jochen anscheinend nicht.
Da müsste z. B. folgende Regel rein (ohne dass ich mir jetzt den Trace angeschaut habe):

Danke Jirka. Das scheint in der Tat funktioniert zu haben.
Jetzt kommt die Nummer korrekt ohne die Landesvorwahl an.

Wie sieht es denn aus bei ausländischen Nummern aus? Kann ich die Regel für alle ausländischen Vorwahlen verallgemeinern?

Im Prinzip ja. Aber leider scheint die Regel nicht zu funktionieren.....

Ich habe gerade etwas mit der Regel rumgespielt. Mir ist aufgefallen, wenn ich bei den Callrouten eine 00 zu der Nummer hinzufüge, dann wird daraus ein automatisch intern ein + gemacht.

Und damit kommt das Gigaset nicht klar...

Also irgendwie muss das doch funktionieren....
