Hi Leute,

ich hab das problem das meine call-routen wohl nicht stimmen. Wenn ich eine nebenstelle anrufe, wird immer zusätzlich eine 0 am anfang der rufnummer mit angezeigt. Das ist schlecht weil somit kein rückruf möglich ist. Man kann zb. 0017612345 nicht anrufen sondern nur 017612345 nur wie bekokmme ich die 0 am anfang weg. Meine call-routen sind wie im lcos manual gesetzt (siehe screenshoot).

Jemand ne idee. Ich bin nicht so der lancom freak... daher Smile

Hallo mulix,

bei Dir ist unter LANconfig -> VoIP-Call-Manager -> Erweitert -> Präfixe für Rufnummernanzeige bei eingehendem Anruf was falsch eingestellt (von Extern zum ...).

Davon abgesehen sind die Call-Routen mehr als traurig. Die oberen beiden Zeilen greifen so gar nicht, die kannst Du also gleich mit löschen.

Was passiert eigentlich, wenn Benutzer 12 und 21 eine Ortsrufnummer an ihrem Telefon wählen? Wie ruft ein interner Teilnehmer (intern) einen anderen an? Was passiert, wenn, wie vor kurzem mal, die 1&1-Leitungen ausfallen und Benutzer 12 oder 21 den Notruf wählen? Was passiert, wenn jemand eine 0900-Rufnummer wählt?

Ich würde Dir raten, Deine Konfiguration von jemandem, der sich damit auskennt, überarbeiten zu lassen.
