treten abwechselnd genau alle 9 Stunden auf. Dieses aber erst seit dem FW Update von der 9.20.0747 auf die 10.40.0291RU1.

Vorher gab es diese Watchdogs nicht... :G)

Wenn das wirklich regelmäßig und nach längerer Zeit auftritt, könnte es ein Memory Leak sein.

kannst du vielleicht direkt nach dem Boot und kurz vor dem Crash (so nah dran wie möglich) die Ausgaben der folgenden Befehle kopieren und bereitstellen?

das versenden geht leider nicht mit dieser "Forensoftware". Anhang ist nicht möglich und wenn ich die Daten so in das Textfeld einfüge und auf Vorschau gehe, ist alles gelöscht.

Anderer Weg?

Hallo an Alle,

ist das Speicherleck schon in der Beta FW 10.40.0400 gefixed? Denn falls das der Fall sein sollte, kann ich sagen: funktioniert nicht. Das Gerät verliert immer noch Speicher ( ohne "sleep 1100" ).

Die 400er Build sollte den Fix auf jeden Fall schon gehabt haben.

Es wäre trotzdem interessant zu sehen, ob es wieder 9 Stunden bis zum Crash dauert oder länger (um zu erfahren, ob der Fix irgendwas, wenn auch vielleicht nicht genug, gebracht) hat.

Hallo DanLo,

ich habe eben nochmal die alte Config (ohne sleep 1100) beim Kunden eingespielt und die benötigten Info's per Putty gezogen. In 9 Stunden werde ich das dann nochmal machen und schauen was dabei heraus kommt.

Beschämend für den Lancom Support finde ich aber, dass als ich gefragt habe, ob ich Beta's zum testen bekommen würde, dieser mir folgende Antwort schickte:

Da das Problem nicht auftritt, wenn die Einträge in der Aktions-Tabelle so abgeändert werden, dass diese überhaupt die gewünschte Funktion erfüllen, liegt hier keine Notwendigkeit für Daily Builds vor.

Bitte behalten Sie unsere Homepage im Auge. Dort werden Sie in den nächsten Wochen über das Erscheinen einer neuen Firmware informiert.


Die Antwort des Supports empfinde ich als arrogant und das Peinliche dabei ist, dass der Fehler anscheinend doch nicht gefixed wurde... :shock:

so, ich habe das Ganze nun mal überprüft, nun liegt die Zeitspanne bis zum Crash bei 10 Stunden... :G)

Na ja, immerhin eine Stunde gewonnen. :M

Ich habe auch schon den Supportfall wiedereröffnet und die passenden Daten beigefügt. Mal sehen wann der Supporter sich wieder meldet...

Hallo DanLo,

irgendwie versteht der Lancom Supporter nicht, dass das Problem das Speicherleck und die daraus resultierenden Abstürze ist...

Denn bei der FW 9.20.xxxx gab es keine Anstürze (auch nicht mit fehlerhafter Konfiguration), bei der FW 10.40.0402 (jetzt) alle 10 Stunden.

Vielleicht kann jemand dem Lancom Supporter da auf die Sprünge helfen?
