folgendes Szenario: Ein 1722 (LCOS 7.22) an
1. NTBA (Mehrgeräteanschluss, ISDN1 im TE-Modus) und
2. Splitter (ADSL).
Nachgeschaltet (an ISDN2 im NT-Modus) ist eine T-Concept XI321 Telefonanlage, daran ISDN-Telefone mit AB am internen S0-Bus sowie ein analoges Faxgerät.
Zweck: VoIP über die normalen Telefone.
Das funktioniert mit Testzugängen sowohl von Sipgate als auch T-Online prima. An einer Stelle hakt es allerdings reproduzierbar:
Wenn der Router neu gestartet wird, scheint ISDN am Anschluss 2 anschließend nicht gleich voll betriebsbereit zu sein. Im LAN-Monitor erscheint:

Ein Routerneustart wird zwar selten durchgeführt, kann aber vorkommen. Wenn anschließend die Mitarbeiter nicht erreichbar sind, bis z.B. einer raustelefoniert, ist das natürlich ungünstig.
Bei deaktiviertem Callmanager tritt das Phänomen nicht auf.
Habt Ihr dieses Verhalten schon einmal beobachtet? Was könnte der Grund sein bzw. wie kann man das ändern?
