Und auf dem LAN1/WAN Interface DHCP mit 2 Mbit

dieser letzte os_panic ist schon länger drin und die Ursache dafür ist bisher nicht gefunden worden. Aus irgendeinem Grund bleibt das interne Modem hängen und dann hilft nur noch der os_panic - ansonsten würde das LANCOM einfach stehen bleiben. Der tritt halt gelegentlich mal auf...

Die Ursache könnte z.B. ein Kontaktproblem zwischen Hauptplatine und Modem sein.
