Hi folks,
Please help this hapless New Yorker. I have come into a possesion of the used Lancom router, and it's password-protected. How do I change the root password?
Thanks a lot!
Changing Password on Lancom DSL/I-10 Office

Hi citicrab,
there is no possibility to change a once set password, if you dont know to old one. What you can do, is to reset the LANCOM to factory defaults. In factory defaults no password is set and you are able to configure from the beginning, maybe using the setup wizards.
Depending on what model you own, there are different ways to reset the LANCOM. I think the DSL/I-10 you own has its reset button hidden behind the front panel. so remove the front panel and you'll find a little brown button on the left. Press thos button for about 5 Seconds, until you'll see that some of the LED change their color. After this release the button and the LANCOM will reboot and start with factory defaults.
Ciao
