DSL Sync / Verbindungsprobleme 821+

Ich habe mich nun seit ein paar Tagen Kreuz und Quer durch Thema DSL und den Lancom Geräten gelesen.
DSL, weil ich seit jeher nicht mehr machen mußte als die Geräte anzuschließen, und LANCOM da ganz aktuell ein 821+ (Rev.H mit LCOS 8.0) unseren billigen SoHo Router ersetzen soll.

Darunter waren auch einige, wenn auch ältere, Beiträge bezüglich der Modem Probleme in den Geräten, ungeraden LCOS Versionen, schlechen Line Codes, L2 Stromspareinstellungen und Infineon DSLAMs. Keine Ahnung ob dieses Thema noch aktuell ist.

Und daher weiß ich nun nicht weiter, ob ich mich wegen meinem Problem bei LANCOM oder bei der Versatel ausweinen soll;

Bisher hing der SoHo Router an dem Spahiron AR860 V2. Die Leitung lief mehr oder minder Stabil; von 6 auf 16Mbit wurde Ende Juli letzten Jahres umgestellt.
Anfangs hatten wir auch die vollen 16Mbit (eher mehr), ein paar Wochen später ist mir aufgefallen das es nur noch 13,5 Mbit waren - Konstant, daher vermute ich eine ungefragte Drosselung? Nach einem Anruf erhielten wir eine dauerhafte Gutschrift.
Mittlerweile sind es nur noch 11,5Mbit.
Mehr oder Minder stabil, weil alle 3-5 Tage das Modem vom Strom genommen werden muß, weil sich nix mehr tut. Seit ein paar Monaten, vielleicht nen dreiviertel Jahr, wir wissen es nicht mehr.
Ein zweites Sphairon machte die selben faxen.

Deswegen, und um den Leuten im Netzwerk ein professionell zu verwaltendes und schnelles Gerät für den Client Internetzugang zu bieten, wurde der 821+ angeschafft.

Problem des 821+ jedoch;

- DSL bricht alle 5-6 Minuten ab, mit dem Eintrag "Autom.-Retrain" unter Verbindungen, und "ADSL-Error: Link failure due to line error rate" sowie "Change phase to DEAD" im Trace
- wenn DSL zwischen den Ausfällen steht, kommen Down nur 500 bis 2000kbit an

VCI 32 / VPI 1, L2 erlaubt und deaktiviert, Protokoll auf Automatisch und G.992.5 ausprobiert. Ich habe die Dose abgeklemmt und direkt auf verschiedene Splitter aufgelegt, hat nichts bewirkt.

Ich habe auch ein Sphairon an einen Ethernet Port des 821+ angeschlossen, damit scheint die DSL Verbindung stabil - der Weisheit letzter schluss ist das aber nicht bei einem Gerät dieser Preisklasse.

Ebenso funktioniert mit den gleichen Einstellungen der 821+ bei mir privat daheim (andere Stadt, 20km weiter) Einwandfrei, mit dem internen Modem, auch dort Versatel 16Mbit, angeblich gleicher Line Code, und gleicher ADSLAM Hersteller, jedoch eine geringere Dämpfung (Innenstadt).

An wenn sollte ich mich wenden?
LANCOM, und ihnen vorwerfen das ihr Modem zu empfindlich ist?
Oder Versatel, und ihnen die schlechte Qualität der Leitung um die Ohren hauen?

Zuhause stehen bei OrbMT an einem Sphairon haargenau die gleichen Infos bezüglich DSLAM/ATM und den anderen Dingern da, nur die Leitungsqualität scheint besser;
Rauschabstand 6db rein, 24db rauss, Dämpfung 20db rein, 9db rauss, Leitungskapazität 15132db rein, 1284db raus.

Im LANmonitor schaute es sogar besser aus;
Downstream Rate 16383kbit
Upstream 635 kbit
Rauschabstand rein 23.5 db
Rauschabstand raus 6.0 db

QoS waren es dann aber nur 14837/575kbit

Ich hab leider kein Screen vom LANmonitor an der Problemleitung gemacht, hole das aber gerne nach, wenn gewünscht.

hast Du eine Lösung für Dein Problem gefunden?? Habe an einem Telekom Anschluß ein ähnliches Phänomen...
