R1011 Business Router VPN Problem

Hallo,
Wenn ich versuche Verbindung von VPN Kunde nach öffentliche IP address kriege ich folgende Fehler:

01.05.2010 23:24:53 ERROR - 4021: IKE(phase1) - Could not contact Gateway (No response) in state <Wait for Message 2> - mob001_2.
01.05.2010 23:24:53 Ike: phase1:name(mob001_2) - ERROR - retry timeout - max retries

Wenn ich ändere öffentliche address auf Internale es geht ohne Probleme.

Ich habe folgende Konfiguration:

Switch 192.168.1.1
Telekom ADSL modem Speedport W503V: 192.168.1.4/öffentliche Address
Lancom business Router R1011: 192.168.1.7
Lancom Router ist verbindet zu ADSL modem via LAN port und zu switch mit andere LAN port.
Bitte um jede Ideee....

Ich habe diese Problem nur mit UMTS verbindung:

Wenn ich benutze WLAN it works without issues.
