VPN connection to a CISCO router

I have been asked to set up a vpn connection from our 1721 VPN to a CISCO router but I can't seem to get it working.
Here are the settings I got from the remote party:

External IP Address: 81.XXX.XXX.XXX

Type Firewall: Cisco ASA

Allowed Networks: 10.100.19.4/32 and 10.100.3.112/32

Fase 1: AES-256-SHA1, DH Group 1, IKI lifetime 24 hrs, pre-shared key = XXXXXXXX

Fase 2: AES-256-SHA1, no PFS, no NAT-T, SA lifetime 8 hrs

I have filled in some of these values using the wizard, but what else do I have to do to set up the VPN?
