can i use lancom l-321agn as repeater? I need to expand wifi range from non lancom public wifi signal forward to my house.

In your case it is unfortunately not possible. If the public wifi would be under your control and uses LANCOM-hardware, you could create a p2p-link and a normal wifi with the L321.
In your case you could use it as client and repeat it with a second access point or by wire. A single device solution with lancom requires a device with two radios, such as the L322.

i was thinking that p2p function is somehow repeater mode, but it seem to be only for lancom conection betwen two lancom devices.
Public acces is cisco and i cant controled it. I have some cheap AP that do the job but its not stable connection.
I got two lancom l-321agn wifi AP but that also doesnt help me fort my needs i assume ?

With two APs you can get it to work. Configure one AP as client, one as AP and connect both by wire.
