Problem mit drei Geräten die per LAN verbunden sind

Hallo,

ich habe unter einem Dach drei Geräte per Lan verbunden. Sie laufen alle und kommunizieren. Man kommt auch super durch das Netz. Allerdings gibt es Probleme, wenn ich mich per Client anmelde. Wenn ich da auf scannen gehe, dann schwanken die Hotspots so was von extrem, das ich immer wieder nach dem Verbinden rausfliege. :| Ich weiss echt nicht, was es sein kann, denn solche Schwankungen habe ich an keinem anderen Hotspot.
Hat irgendeiner eine Idee?
Es sind drei dual 54ag Geräte die im 5GHz Bereich laufen.
Das Hauptgerät, ich nenne es mal 2 empfängt von der 1 (1 Antenne) und sendet an die 3 (2. Antenne)
Das Gerät danebem ist die 20 wegen mir. Das ist über LAN verbunden und sendet auf der 1 zu einem weiteren AP und die 2. Antenne dient als reiner Hotspot. Das dritte Gerät da oben ist wegen mir die Nr. 4 , das sendet auf der Antenne 1 zu einen weiteren AP und die Antenne 2 dient auch nur wieder als Hotspot. Dieser Hotspot macht es mir schwer, denn er ist mal da und mal weg. Mn kann zusehen, wie das Signal von voller Stärke bis auf null abfällt und dann ist man natürlich weg.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Dieser Hotspot macht es mir schwer, denn er ist mal da und mal weg. Mn kann zusehen, wie das Signal von voller Stärke bis auf null abfällt und dann ist man natürlich weg.
Man kann den Main- und den Aux-Antennenanschluss nicht für völlig verschiedene Bereiche nutzen. So wie sich das nach Deiner Beschreibung anhört, zeigen die Antennen eines jeweiligen Gerätes an Main und an Aux jeweils in völlig verschiedene Richtungen. Das funktioniert so nicht.

jetzt mische ich mich doch noch schnell mit ein. Zufällig kenne ich das Netz sehr gut...

Wir haben hier folgenden Aufbau: 3 x L-54dual (LCOS 7.54, ausschließlich 5 GHz, Unterband 2, untereinander per LAN verbunden, isolierter Modus) auf einem Kirchturm, der zum Einen als HotSpot in 3 Himmelsrichtungen sowie Hauptverteiler für 3 x P2P-Strecken (1 x Zulieferer DSL-Signal als Slave und 2 x Weiterleitung als Master) dient.
Nach meiner Vorstellung sollten die drei Duals mit ihren 6 WLAN-Modulen für einen störungsfreien Betrieb sorgen und sich für jedes Modul einen unbenutzten Kanal suchen.
Aber: Trotz richter Landauswahl nutzen die Duals oftmals einfach die gleichen Kanäle (vorzugsweise 140 oder 100) und behindern sich doch somit!? Das äußert sich darin, dass es zum Teil sehr hohe Signalschwankungen und Unterbrechungen beim HotSpot-Betrieb über Sektorenantennen gibt. Die Richtfunkstrecken mit Richtantnnen stehen relativ stabil.

So, jetzt noch jemand Ideen?

Werden die Geräte denn hinreichend zeitversetzt
gestartet?

worauf willst du damit hinaus?
Laut Betriebszeit sin dalle Geräte mit rd. 1 bis 5 Min. Abweichung vor 1 Tag und 19 Stunden gestartet. Das ließe sich ja aber beeinflussen. Welche Zeitdifferenz wäre erforderlich?
Die Geräte müssten doch aber die benachbarten Netze erkennen und dann den Kanal selbst wechseln - oder?

worauf willst du damit hinaus?
Nach einem Kaltstart läuft die ETSI-Gedenkminute,
und während selbiger scannen alle Geräte 'passiv' - die können
sich nicht gegenseitig 'sehen'.
Die Geräte müssten doch aber die benachbarten Netze erkennen und dann den Kanal selbst wechseln - oder?
Nein, *im Betrieb* wechselt ein AP seinen Kanal nicht,
nur weil sich ein anderer auch darauf breit macht. Wäre
ja auch noch schöner und ein perfekter Ansatz für DoS-
Attacken ;-)

Hallo Alf,

was könnte da die Ursache für diese starken Signalschwankungen sein?
Ich sehe z.B. den einen Hotspot, wenn ich vom Auto aus teste (Antenne auf dem Dach) mit voller stärke, super Empfang, doch plötzlich bricht das ganze Netz ein, man kann zusehen, wie der Hotspot in den gelben und dann roten Bereich beim Empfang abfällt. Ich habe keine Idee mehr, woran das liegen kann, ausser, dass sich die Geräte beeinflussen, denn an anderen Hotspots mit nur einem Gerät habe ich das noch nie erlebt.
Noch eine Idee jemand? Kennt das Problem schon jemand?

Die Ursache der starken Signalschwankungen haben wir voraussichtlich gefunden. Sie war im Umfeld des Client zu finden.

Aber, noch einmal zur Kanalwahl. Ich habe jetzt alle Geräte im Abstand von rd. 5 bis 10 Minuten über einen Kaltstart neu gestartet. Doch leider wieder mit dem selben Ergebnis: 3 x Kanal 100, 3 x Kanal 140, 1 x Kanal 104, 1 x Kanal 136.
Bei Aufruf der Tabelle "Kanal-Scan-Resultate" fällt mir auf, dass einige L-54dual gar nicht alle Kanäle als "gescannt" kennzeichnen und somit DFS-Status "unbekannt" vermerken.
Wieder ein L-54dual befindet sich ca. 5 m neben einem anderen L-54dual und bemerkt diesen lt. Scan-Resultat nicht und verwendet den gleichen Kanal.

Kann ich den Scan auch ohne Kaltstart des Gerätes neu anstoßen? Wie kann ich den Geräten bei der Kanalwahl auf die Beine helfen, dass sie eben nicht die bereits verwendeten Kanäle verwenden?

Beim Kaltstart habe ich im WLANmonitor bemerkt, dass einige Geräte eigentlich freie Kanäle (zum Bsp. 128) wählten, dann aber nach einem kurzen Augenblick wieder auf die bereits verwendeten Kanäle (z. Bsp. 140) zurück sprangen.

Dann hast Du die beiden wohl so gut voneinander entkoppelt, daß der eine die Beacons vom anderen
wirklich nicht sieht... In der Scan-Tabelle sollte der andere dann auch nicht auftauchen.

Nein, ohne den Kaltstart wirst Du die bootpersistente Tabelle nicht los.

Seit ein paar Firmwaren hat die Kanalliste einen (sehr eingeschränkten) Einfluß. Ob das bei Dir
funktioniert, mußt Du selber probieren.
Beim Kaltstart habe ich im WLANmonitor bemerkt, dass einige Geräte eigentlich freie Kanäle (zum Bsp. 128) wählten, dann aber nach einem kurzen Augenblick wieder auf die bereits verwendeten Kanäle (z. Bsp. 140) zurück sprangen.
Der Monitor liest den Kanal aus, auf dem das Funkmodul gerade läuft, und während der Minute
springt das Gerät über alle Kanäle...

nach mehreren Versuchen habe ich es doch geschafft einen DFS-Trace eines der Geräte zu schaffen. Also: L-54dual mit 7.54
Benachbarte Geräte sind zum Zeitpunkt des Neustarts lt. WLANmonitor auf den Kanälen 100, 140, 104 und 136 aktiv. Nach dem Neustart wählte das betreffende Gerät (wie ersichtlich) die Kanäle 100 und 136, welche bereits von anderen Geräten genutzt werden.

Moin,

wie man an dem Trace sehen kann, weicht das LANCOM den Kanälen aus, auf denen
es andere Netze gesehen hat - wenn WLAN-2 nur Netze auf Kanal 104 & 140 gesehen
hat, dann ist es in Deiner Installation eben durch die Richtantennen gegen die Netze auf
100 & 136 so gut abgeschirmt, daß es von denen kein einziges Beacon empfangen hat...
